Payment and Refund Terms

At Muslim Rishta Center, we are committed to providing transparent and fair service to all our members. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

Refundable Policy

All payments made to Muslim Rishta Center for membership plans (Basic Plan and Premium Plan) are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once payment is received, registration form is shared, and your profile is activated in our system, the service fee is considered earned and cannot be refunded.

Why Payments Are Non-Refundable

Our service begins immediately upon payment verification:

  • Immediate Service Activation: Your profile is manually verified and added to our CRM database
  • Resource Allocation: Our team dedicates time and effort to review your profile
  • Matching Process Begins: We start searching compatible matches for you
  • Coordinator Assignment: Premium members get dedicated coordinator immediately
  • Database Access: You gain access to our verified member database
  • Ongoing Support: WhatsApp support and assistance begins from day one

Since our service is personalized and work begins immediately, payments cannot be reversed once the process has started.

No Refunds Will Be Provided For

We d'not provide refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after payment and registration
  • Dissatisfaction with Responses: If you're unhappy with the number or quality of responses from other members
  • Delay in Finding Matches: If finding a suitable match takes longer than expected
  • Lack of Response from Other Members: If other members don't respond to your interests
  • Personal or Family Disagreements: If you or your family decide not to continue the search
  • Found Match Elsewhere: If you find a match through other means during your membership
  • Profile Expectations Not Met: If you're unable to dedicate time to the search process
  • Relocation or Life Changes: If your circumstances change during membership period

Exceptional Cases (When Refunds May Be Considered)

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional technical cases, such as:

1. Duplicate or Double Payment

If you accidentally made the same payment twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

2. Transaction Error by Payment Processor

If there was a technical error by the payment processor (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank, etc.) that resulted in money being deducted from your account but not received by us, or vice versa.

3. Service Failure Caused by Us

If Muslim Rishta Center fails to provide the service due to technical issues on our end, such as:

  • Unable to activate your account after payment
  • Complete system failure preventing service delivery
  • Our team's inability to provide the service as promised

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 7 days of payment
  • Provide transaction proof and details
  • Documentation of the service failure (if applicable
  • Good faith attempt to resolve the issue with our support team

Our team will verify and decide within 5 business days

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional cases mentioned above, please follow this process:

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Reach out to us within 7 days of payment via Whatsapp

Step 2: Provide Complete Information

Include the following details:

  • Your full name and phone number used for registration
  • Date and time of payment
  • Payment method used (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.)
  • Transaction ID or reference number
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation
  • Clear explanation of why you believe you qualify for a refund
  • Any supporting documentation
Step 3: Verification Process

Our team will:

  • Verify your payment in our records
  • Review your case against our refund policy
  • Investigate the technical issue (if applicable)
  • Contact you within 3-5 business days with a decision
Step 4: Refund Processing (If Approved)

If your refund request is approved (in rare cases):

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed
  • Bank transfers may take 3-7 additional days to reflect in your account
Important Terms
  • Muslim Rishta Center reserves the full right to accept or decline any refund request after internal verification. Our decision will be final and binding.
  • We do not offer partial refunds. If a refund is approved, it will be for the full amount paid (minus any transaction fees charged by payment processors, if applicable).
  • If a refund is issued, your profile will be permanently deleted from our system, and you will lose access to all services immediately.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By Making a Payment, You Acknowledge and Agree That:
  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy completely
  • All service fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances
  • You are making an informed decision to purchase our service
  • You understand that finding a match is not guaranteed within any specific timeframe
  • You accept that results may vary based on multiple factors beyond our control
  • You will not dispute the charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us
  • This refund policy is part of our Terms and Conditions


Dispute Resolution

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • Your profile will be removed from our database
  • You will be permanently banned from using our services
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issues. We are committed to fair resolution of all genuine concerns.

Changes to This Policy

Muslim Rishta Center reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

Current members will be notified of significant policy changes via WhatsApp or email.
