User Agreement

By accessing or using the services provided by Muslim Rishta Center, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering or using our platform.

Definitions

“Member” means any person who registers or uses our services.
“Services” means all matchmaking and communication-related features provided by Muslim Rishta Center.
“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Muslim Rishta Center.
“You” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our services.

Eligibility Criteria

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
All personal and family details provided during registration and throughout the use of the Services must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You must be Muslim, or seeking a Muslim partner, in line with our platform’s purpose.
Profiles found to contain false or misleading information may be removed without notice or refund.

Purpose of Services

Muslim Rishta Center provides a digital matchmaking platform designed to help Muslims and families connect for marriage.
Our service is intended only for serious, halal marriage purposes.
Any misuse of the platform for dating, entertainment, or non-serious activity is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Verification

Members are required to fill out our online registration form with complete and correct information.
All submitted data may be verified by our internal team before approval.
We reserve the right to reject, edit, or deactivate any profile that violates our guidelines or appears suspicious.
Each member is allowed to maintain only one active profile. Duplicate profiles may be removed.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Muslim Rishta Center offers various plans including Free, Basic, and Premium tiers.
Features and duration for each plan are clearly mentioned on the website.
Payments must be made before service activation.
All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways such as EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Nayapay, Sadapay or bank transfer.
Once a payment is made, your plan is activated within 24–48 hours (after verification).

Refund Policy

All payments made to Muslim Rishta Center are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for any reason, including change of mind, Dissatisfaction with responses or results, Delay in matches, Lack of response from other members, Personal or family disagreements
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional technical cases, such as:
- Duplicate or double payment
- Transaction error by the payment processor
- Service failure caused by us
Requests must be made within 7 days of payment, along with proof of transaction.
Approved refunds (in rare cases) are processed within 7 business days using the same payment method.
Muslim Rishta Center reserves the full right to accept or decline any refund request after internal verification.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that all service fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Acceptable Use of Services

By using our services, you agree:

To use the platform only for lawful, Islamic, and matrimonial purposes.
Not to share, copy, or misuse another member’s personal details.
Not to send spam, offensive messages, or proposals without consent.
Not to impersonate any other person or create fake profiles.
To communicate respectfully and avoid harassment or inappropriate language.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension without refund.

Scope and Limitations of Service

Muslim Rishta Center acts as a facilitator, connecting verified individuals and families for the purpose of marriage.
We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, or any personal outcome.
Members are responsible for their own decisions, interactions, and verification before proceeding.
Our responsibility is limited to sharing verified profiles and providing matchmaking suggestions.
We are not liable for:
- Misrepresentation by any member
- Rejection, delay, or lack of response
- Financial, emotional, or reputational loss
Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or updates.

Profile Management and Matchmaking

Muslim Rishta Center provides profile matching services based on user preferences.
Matches are suggested, not guaranteed - final compatibility depends on mutual interest.
Members are encouraged to independently verify all details before proceeding with proposals or meetings.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove inactive profiles after a certain period.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Your information is kept secure and not shared publicly without consent.
Only relevant details may be shared privately with verified members for matchmaking.
You must also respect the privacy of others and not share information outside the platform.

Communication

Official communication is only through our verified WhatsApp number or email.
We are not responsible for conversations or exchanges that happen outside our official channels.
Members should not share contact details directly until guided by our team.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

A member violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
The account contains false, misleading, or offensive information.
A member engages in harassment, scams, or unethical behavior.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Disclaimer

Muslim Rishta Center does not guarantee any specific results, relationships, or marriage success.
We are not involved in the personal or family negotiations that occur after an introduction.
We do not perform background checks or guarantee the authenticity of every user beyond standard verification.
Users are encouraged to verify information independently and involve their families in every step.
Muslim Rishta Center shall not be held responsible for:
- Any disputes, fraud, or disagreements between members
- Emotional or financial loss arising from connections made through the platform
- Misuse of information by other users
By using our services, you agree that you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Muslim Rishta Center’s responsibility is limited to operating a matchmaking service platform.
We are not responsible for personal outcomes, emotional stress, family decisions, or disputes.
We do not verify every detail independently; members are expected to use discretion and judgment.
We are not liable for any financial or reputational loss arising from user interactions.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Technical downtime or maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Modifications to Terms

Muslim Rishta Center may update or revise these Terms anytime.
The latest version will always be available on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts of Pakistan.
